Hi, I’m Cat Pazvakavambwa, but most people just call me Cat. I’m an entrepreneur, consultant, and business coach based in Perth, Western Australia. Over the years, I’ve built my career around one core belief: small business owners deserve to work smarter, earn more, and keep more of what they make.
My journey into business coaching and consulting started with a love for numbers and a desire to help people succeed. After earning my Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Accounting, I became a Chartered Accountant and tax advisor. But I quickly realized that my true passion lies in helping business owners not just understand their numbers, but use them to grow and thrive.
Today, I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners who are ready to take control of their businesses and create lasting success. Whether it’s getting more leads, converting the leads, simplifying financial systems, optimizing strategies, or overcoming challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

For nearly two decades, I’ve been helping small business owners like you navigate the complexities of running a business—from tax compliance and business structures to lead generation, customer fulfilment, growth strategies and financial clarity. My mission is to empower you to run your business with confidence and clarity, so you can focus on what you do best.
As a Chartered Accountant, I bring technical expertise to the table, but what sets me apart is my ability to make complex ideas simple. My clients often call me the “Accountanese Translator” because I break down financial jargon into language that’s easy to understand and, more importantly, actionable.
Business coaching is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I love seeing the transformation that happens when we work together—whether it’s turning financial confusion into clarity, creating a solid growth plan, or overcoming those roadblocks that have been holding you back. My coaching isn’t about cookie-cutter solutions; it’s about understanding your unique challenges and building a roadmap tailored to your goals.
A big part of my work also involves supporting repeat clients—at least 80% of my business comes from long-term relationships, which is something I’m incredibly proud of. I believe in being a true partner to my clients, helping them not just survive but thrive in their businesses.
